These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the A2Flows websites, web application, and mobile applications (the “Services”), which are operated by Chafa LLC (“A2Flows,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the users you invite. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to them, upload unlawful content, or use them to send communications that violate applicable laws, including telemarketing and messaging regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.
3. Text Message (SMS) Program
With your express consent, participating businesses send recurring automated text messages — such as appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and service updates — to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out or get help by calling (984) 223-5697. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter into the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Services for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments
Paid plans and processing fees are billed as described at sign-up. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third parties such as AWS, Stripe, Twilio, and Google Maps. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. A2Flows is software that supports your operations; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or licensing advice, and you are responsible for your own business decisions and compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Flows and Chafa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
