The fastest way to stop texts is to reply STOP to any message from us. You can also request removal here and we’ll take this number off all A2Flows text messaging.

How You Opt In

You can opt in to receive text messages from A2Flows in any of these ways:

“A2Flows (Chafa LLC): You are now opted in to receive appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and service updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.”

Service or contact messages may be sent when you submit a website form, request service, schedule an appointment, request an estimate, ask a question, or otherwise ask A2Flows to contact you. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment updates, scheduling confirmations, technician updates, service reminders, estimates, invoices, and account care.

Marketing messages may include special offers, coupons, membership plan information, seasonal reminders, service recommendations, company updates, and promotional messages. Marketing messages require separate optional consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies depending on your service request, appointment activity, account activity, and whether you opt in to marketing messages.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Other accepted opt-out keywords are: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE. After you opt out, you’ll receive one final confirmation message:

“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

9. Mobile Opt-In Data

A2Flows does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or text message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, such as scheduling software, CRM systems, dispatch platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics providers, and messaging providers. These service providers may only use the information as needed to provide services to A2Flows and are not permitted to use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
